Terms And Conditions

1. Definitions
– “Motor Prime” refers to MOTOR PRIME GROUP (PTY) LTD, a car buying broker.
– “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging Motor Prime’s services.
– “Vehicle” refers to the car being purchased through Motor Prime’s services.

2. Scope of Service
Motor Prime will provide car buying services, including researching and locating vehicles, negotiating prices, and facilitating transactions.

3. Fees and Compensation
– Motor Prime’s fees are R0 to the client.
– Motor Prime receives a commission from the dealership for each successful vehicle purchase.

4. Client Obligations
– The client will provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle preferences and requirements.
– The client will cooperate with Motor Prime and respond promptly to requests for information or decisions.
– The client will be responsible for reviewing and understanding all documents related to the vehicle purchase.

5. Motor Prime Obligations
– Motor Prime will act in the best interests of the client and provide honest and transparent services.
– Motor Prime will maintain confidentiality and protect the client’s personal and financial information.
– Motor Prime will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Vehicle Purchase Terms
– The client will be responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of the vehicle purchase, including the price, financing terms, and warranty.
– Motor Prime may assist with negotiating the terms of the purchase, but the client will be responsible for making the final decision.

7. Cancellation and Termination
– The client may cancel the agreement at any time, but may be responsible for paying any costs incurred by Motor Prime.
– Motor Prime may terminate the agreement if the client fails to cooperate or provide accurate information.

8. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
– The client and Motor Prime will work together to resolve any disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.

9. Governing Law
– The agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

10. Entire Agreement
– The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Motor Prime and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

11. Amendments
– The agreement may be amended or modified only in writing signed by both the client and Motor Prime.
